'KUDOS CORONAVIRUS SALON UPDATE.' 

Dear lovely Kudos friends and clients,
We hope you are well, we miss you and hope to be able see you all again soon. 

We are currently putting new structure in place for the safe reopening of Kudos, for when the government deems it safe to do so.
We want to ensure yours and our teams safety at all times.

We have had the salon interior redecorated during closure, so you can be assured of optimum cleanliness

Anyone that had an appointment during lockdown will be contacted first. We will start with those of you that had an appointment during the first week of lock down and go through week by week.

All gift vouchers expiry dates will be extended and honoured. Any Kudos Birthday/ recommendation/ miss you/ new client vouchers sent during closure will be honoured on your next visit.

We will be following all the government advised distancing rules for yours and our teams safety at all times.

We will be all wearing any required PPE at all times. We anticipate this will be face masks, disposable aprons and gloves.

We are looking into having a Perspex screen at the reception if necessary.

Sanitiser will be provided for you to use on entering the salon and available throughout your visit.

Every work station will be thoroughly cleaned/sanitised before and after every visit.

Please bring any reading material of your own if you so wish. We will not be handling magazines during this time.

We will be operating a new timetable to accommodate all of you with the distance rules required in the salon. This means that we will need to operate 7 days a week for longer hours than usual for your convenience.

We request that you come alone for your appointment.

We ask that you only wear a coat/jacket if necessary. Please bring a bag if wearing a coat to put it in for your personal safety. We will not putting any personal items in the cloak cupboard during this time.

All payments must be made by card.
No cash payments will be taken.

Most appointments will be made by telephone to avoid any unnecessary contact in the reception area.

We ask that you arrive no earlier than necessary for your appointment and leave as soon as it’s finished.

If any of you are showing or feeling any symptoms of the virus, however small. We kindly request that you refrain from visiting us until you are sure you are completely well.

We don’t wish to sound in any way rude, our only intention is to keep you and our Kudos team safe and well.

Obviously, we don’t know yet when we will be allowed to open. This is just to keep you all updated on the structure and plans we are putting in place.
We will let you all know as soon as possible.
